Ben Stewart performs regularly at Brisbane bars, weddings and events, playing covers of popular pop/rock sounds from the last 30 years. His strong, soaring voice and percussive guitar style provides an organic twist to his extensive catalog of tunes, sliding easily between relaxed background music up to songs to get a crowd moving on the dance floor.

Ben has been performing constantly around Brisbane and Sydney for over 10 years, with interpretations of songs by Vance Joy, Chet Faker, Pearl Jam, Creedance, Counting Crows, Green Day, Diesel, Daft Punk, Beyonce, Ed Sheeran, The Black Keys, The Eagles, Dragon, Foo Fighters, Oasis, U2 and Mumford and Sons, to name a few. Superb voice, great song range and great guy. All of our guests commented on the fine choice of guitarist. Will definitely book him again when the opportunity arises. Highly recommend him.”

The Ben Stewart Duo is an organic covers duo featuring Ben on acoustic guitar/vocals  alongside a number of Qld Conservatorium graduated musicians, including:

- Joachim Alfiem and Tanja Hafenstein on cajon and percussion,
- Salliana Campbell on violin
- Joe Darcy on Drums or
- Seamus Kirkpatrick on electric guitar and bass.

That means we can suit a range of venues and events, the cajon produces a punchy, earthy drum groove packed into the size of a single box. Or drums might be better for a big rock sound. Violin is a beautiful addition for a folky atmosphere or wedding ceremony or guitar/bass for more bite.

Ben Stewart duos has been performing at bars, pubs and events around Brisbane for over 4 years with an extensive song list and an ability adapt to what the situation and crowd are wanting to hear, with relaxing tunes like Budapest (George Ezra), Thinking Out Loud (Ed Sheeran) or Fall at Your Feet (Crowded House). or they can create a full punchy sound to dance to with the likes of Lucky (Daft Punk), My Jones (Counting Crows) or Lonely Boy (The Black Keys).
